Permission to record Gayle Kirk's voice for any reason or to use her name, image or likeness must be received and approved of in writing by Gayle Kirk prior to communication.

All recorded information pertaining to any session, reading, consultation, event, class, lecture, group program or workshop either by telephone or in-person or in a group is to be used as a personal memory aid by and for the client only. Any other use is prohibited without the written signed consent of Gayle Kirk. These recordings and affiliated copyrights are the property of Gayle Kirk. Any use other than as a personal record of one's consultation is strictly prohibited.

All consultations are conducted solely upon the discretion of Gayle Kirk and she maintains the right to refuse services to any individual(s) or groups or organizations at any time for any reason. Consultations, readings, groups, programs or interviews conducted under false pretense will be deemed null and void (this includes media representatives, researchers or others who do not fully disclose their affiliations/intentions).

Gayle maintains the right to have any recording (and/or copies of such) of any consultation that is misused destroyed at her request. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in these matters.
