Please do not have your session in the car, while driving, at work, in a public space, in a restaurant, or outdoors.
Speak up if you have questions, need clarification, cannot hear, or want to discuss different topics. I cannot respond to inquiries afterwards.
IF YOU ARE SICK OR NEED TO RESCHEDULE, PLEASE CONTACT ME AT LEAST 48 HOURS PRIOR TO SESSION DATE TO RESCHEDULE. There is no rescheduling less than 48 HOURS for any reason, no exceptions.

If you are less than 5 minutes late for your session, your time will be reduced accordingly. I will not extend or reschedule.
If you are not available to start by 5 minutes after the start time for any reason, including forgetting an appointment, daylight savings time, illness, getting lost finding my office, problems with directions, car difficulties, heavy traffic, family problems, or other reasons, the session will be cancelled and forfeited. I recommend you take notes even if you are recording the meeting. Most people get more out of the experience hearing it again. The guidance provided has layers and depths of understanding. You will often find it very useful listening to the session later. Sometimes it is best to go with what you felt and the notes you took during the session, rather than overanalyzing it on a recording later.
