You deserve a peaceful break. Enjoy stillness and silence as you feel into your heart to discover the answers that lie within you. Receive peace, comfort, and healing. Be in the flow of the Higher Realms as you perceive Divine insights and messages. Come Home to your authentic True Self! After an introduction, I invite you to relax while listening to approximately 4 minutes of soft, peaceful music recorded by professional musicians.
Relax and safely connect with the Divine love, peace, wisdom, and power of your Soul within. Your Soul is a part of God, Source, Creator, however you may name it. Commune with the loving, supportive, wise energy of your Spirit Guides, Helpers, Angels, Ascended Masters, and loved ones in Heaven.
Next, Spirit asked me to take about 5 minutes to read their beautiful, inspiring words that I previously trance channeled from the Higher Realms.
Divine Spirit provides guidance and upliftment during these challenging times and assists your spiritual awakening, transformation, and self-healing.
This is followed by 1 minute of silence to contemplate and receive the wise words I read which were channeled from Divine Spirit.
Next, there is a 10 minutes meditation in the silence or to music recorded by professionals or I may softly play my sound healing instruments. NOTE: Remember to UNMUTE YOURSELF TO SPEAK.
Enjoy relaxing or ask Spirit for guidance by silently saying, "What does my heart want to say?" or "What does my heart want to say about _______?"
Simply focus on the feeling of your breath slowly going in and out. If a thought comes, gently let it go and continue to focus on your slow breathing.
During the meditation, your Soul, loved ones in Heaven, Guides, Angels, Ascended Masters, and Spirit will send you healing and possibly guidance.
You may feel, see, hear, or just know the intuitive Divine guidance and messages that come to you. Insights and dreams may come hours or days later.
At the end, some of you may be invited to share your experience or you may ask general questions on meditation and for help creating inner peace.
NOTE: Remember to MUTE YOURSELF AFTER SPEAKING.
NOTE: Please do not make any loud noise or have any background noise.
NOTE: Spirit and I will not be providing readings during this program.
Practice this meditation daily if possible to feel better, have inner peace, clarity, receive Divine guidance, and to connect with your Soul and Spirit. NOTE: If you need more time and attention, I would be happy to help you in a PRIVATE SESSION.
Each time this program is held, it will be slightly different. It is always Divinely inspired in the moment by you, me, and Spirit!

Please be in a quiet room without any people or pets to distract you.
Turn off the tv, phone ringer, email, and other device notifications.
We need to hear each other clearly. I need your full attention.
Do not be doing other things during the program. Have someone watch your children.
Please have clear, unbroken reception and sufficient battery life for the program.
Disruptions or poor reception may result in early termination of your participation in the program or reading without refund or rescheduling.
Mute yourself before entering the Zoom room. Please keep yourself on mute unless you are speaking with Spirit or me.
I prefer to see you so please have your video camera on when possible.
Courtesy is expected towards presenters, event administrators, and fellow attendees at all time.
There is no selling, baiting, or trolling in any way. Negative comments or behavior will not be accepted and result in removal without refund.
If a session, program, class, or workshop is cancelled by Gayle Kirk due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund or you may be able to transfer your booking.
